Taj Mahound is an exciting meld of a classic brown ale and an American IPA. The norm for brewing in some cases is to add hop additions from high Alpha (higher IBUs) to lower Alpha. In Taj Mahound, they reversed it. This brings out a totally different flavor profile than your standard IPA.
