“When I was thirteen I severely injured my kidney. This injury required surgery to repair my kidney, I was hospitalized for over three weeks. It was during this recovery that I decided I wanted to become a physician.
[When] I injured my back and shoulder at my summer job… I went to a more modern doctor of chiropractic to further my research. Prior to seeing him, I went to our family orthopedist to evaluate my shoulder. He wanted to do reconstructive surgery on my shoulder at age 19. I asked him about a more conservative approach, and he told me to have the surgery or take Advil for the rest of my life! That was totally unacceptable. My new Chiropractor resolved both of my issues that summer, and the decision was made.”

“A patient had multiple physical complaints, but the worst was he was unable to swallow. He was using a feeding tube. With chiropractic adjustments, his esophageal function returned and he was able to eat and drink again without the feeding tube. All his physical disabilities were diminished as well.”
