If you are a fan of more American-ized Tex-Mex, they have super tacos with cheese and sour cream. However, you cannot go wrong with the authentic street style tacos topped with onion and cilantro.

Adolfo’s passion for food coupled with his wife’s strong entrepreneurial spirit gave rise to the concept of El Tepeyac – store and restaurant.
In 2010 El Tepeyac opened its doors in Charlottesville as a small Latin grocery store with a small take out area offering classic bites. In 2012, El Tepeyac expanded and opened up a full service restaurant rooted in natural made-from-scratch goodness using fresh ingredients and traditional seasonings to create rich flavors.

Guadalajara’s menu features specialties, including sizzling fajitas, hand-made tamales, enchiladas and tacos as well as combination platters. Salads and soups are also available. Guadalajara offers a wide selection of Margaritas, in addition to a complete list of beers and cocktails.
