Saison’s cocktail menu reads like a book, which is fitting because the menu is literally taped into vintage books. The list is extensive, but the servers are very willing to help you find one that fits your tastes.

Heritage’s Mattias Hägglund is one of the most acclaimed mixologists in Richmond. His cocktail menu is extensive and impressive — grab one at dinner, Happy Hour or at their outstanding Sunday brunch.

7. Balliceaux (The Fan)

Balliceaux is one of the most popular bars in RVA – and for good reason. Good live music, friendly bartenders and damn good cocktails. The cocktail menu includes house cocktails, classic cocktails, “extra-fancy” cocktails and house tonics.

Toast and sister restaurant Estilo are putting out some of the best food and drinks in Richmond — both from a shopping center in the near west end. The good beer selection, wine on tap and, most importantly, the creative cocktails keep the locals coming back for Happy Hour.
